In order to receive an accurate free estimate, you will need to include at least two pictures of the damaged area, one facing the damage directly and the second image from a side view (pic 1,2 and 3). Both of them need to be taken 3 feet away. For creases you will need to get closer to the vehicle getting the camera at the exact level of the crease, this position will show the most details (pic 4).
